Project Coordinator
Are you a driven Project Coordinator who can guide customers and align the dynamic planning of our ethical hackers? You coordinate people, projects, and priorities. Your role is key to delivering successful security projects.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you keep projects running smoothly. You connect technical teams, customers, and stakeholders. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and act proactively. Planning, structure, and hands-on coordination come naturally to you.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and plan client and internal projects from start to finish.
- Manage and support complex pentest quotation processes.
- Proactively align with all stakeholders within DongIT.
- Maintain clear communication with technical teams and customers.
- Solve planning and organizational challenges pragmatically.
- Track project progress in our CRM system.
- Prepare, review, and manage project-related documentation.
- Organize and facilitate technical meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with planning and client coordination.
- Fluent in Dutch. Good command of English.
- Strong communication skills with different stakeholders.
- Structured, accurate, and solution-oriented.
- Technical affinity. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (CRM is a plus).
- Interest in cybersecurity and/or IT projects.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with technical teams or in a security environment.
Basic knowledge of pentesting or security projects.
